It's chic and sturdy. Roomy enough for my passport, cards, money, two devices, a slim powerbank, and essential cosmetics. I'm a big bag enthusiast but I love this, I don't have to dig through my bags when I'm traveling. I was lucky and scored it when they had a promo for a tag with my initials too. Now I want this in the other colours.

It’s very good and useful. I can go out with just this bag and be comfortable on the go. It's my personal color, so I don't have to worry about coordinating it, which is great. I would love to have a different color.

My new designated travel bag. I'm forever digging through my bag for my wallet and passport and forgetting to bring a pen when I'm traveling, and this was my solution after careful consideration. Its chic and sturdy, but the most important thing are all the handy compartments. It's also roomy enough to also fit a chunky powerbank, extra cables, makeup, mints, and multiple gadgets. I'm obsessed with this bag.

the color is not what i expected it to be. its more brownish and not what the color shown in the pictures when i bought it online. i know there would be slight differences since this is handmade. both the leather and the color of the woven materials have different colors from what is shown in the catalogue. but i like how roomy it is for a sling bag

Hi, Lucille! :) the lighting of the photos + screen resolution do come into play when it comes to our items as well and you are right, handmade and handwoven from scratch (and scraps of fabric) would also make each piece unique. It is a very roomy bag and can carry a lot!

I've been a huge R2R fan and I have several of their bags, but Bento might be my new fave. I had the Kamara bag before, which looks a bit similar to this, and I loved that. When I saw this one, it looked like an improved version of that, and I just fell in love. I love that it has lots of pockets and card slots that I don't have to bring a wallet anymore. I can also put coins, and I don't have to worry about it spilling when I open my bag. I'd also like to include a shoutout for Sugar who helped me a lot when I thought my package was missing. Thank you so much, Sugar!

With vibrant yet classic leather and patterned woven panel colors, multiple ways to carry with its detachable straps, a built-in wallet, and a roomy-enough main compartment to fit everything essential — take the Bento everywhere, from daily city commutes to your adventures away from home, from day to night.

Authentic cowhide leather for the main rectangular crossbody bag body, the detachable and adjustable long strap, the detachable short handle, and the extended key ring

Only fully paid pre-orders will be processed
No refunds, returns, or exchanges for these items so kindly check and double check the sizing and reach out to us if you have questions! We would be happy to help you with the sizing as applicable.
For an additional customization fee, we can alter or edit the pieces as long as they do not deviate too much from our designs.
If an item is defective, we'll make sure to get it right for you without additional fees.

We use textile waste and deadstock fabric to create many of our pieces. As such, the colors of the actual product may slightly differ in tint, tone, or shade from what you see on the screen. We strive to source for the closest color matches that you can see on screen, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Customization

We accept requests for customized and made-to-order versions of our existing bags, clothes, and home accessories designs.

Customization scope:

Size (for clothes only)
Color of fabric (subject to availability)
Color of leather (for bags; subject to availability)
Minor add-ons or adjustments (subject to approval)

Not included in the scope: Significant changes from the original designs will not be accepted. This customization is for regularly priced individual orders only (sale items not included). For wholesale or corporate orders, kindly contact us at yourfriends@rags2riches.ph.

Important note: Strictly no refunds, exchanges, nor returns for customized items.

Lead time: Between five (5) to 20 days, depending on the availability of materials. If your product is already for pre-order, the lead time will follow the pre-order lead time.

Customization fee:

For bags or clothes: Php 500
For home: for quotation

The customization fee will be charged on top of the standard price of the item.
